The Prime Role of Women Development Cell (WDC) of the College is to deal with cases of sexual harassment and moreover, implementation of the Women policy, in general to promote the well being of female student, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the college. The Activities for the academic year 2014-15 began with the formation of Women Development Cell. Various programmes were organized during this year.

Activities conducted during the Academic Year 2016-17

Seminar on Self-Defence

Seminar arranged on 23rd August, 2016 Tuesday at 9am to 10.30am. Venue: Reena Mehta College, Bhayander (West).This seminar conducted by our student Miss Tanvi (F.Y.B.Com/C). She master in Zero Karate (Black belt).More than 100 of students participated in this seminar and made this event successful. The main purposed of this event or seminar was to create questions about safety of girls to protect own self. Miss Tanvi is also student of our college & she is a black master in this activity. Tanvi did good & effective activity and gave proper knowledge about safety & share IPC (Indian Pinal Act), Constitutional Act regarding woman Safety. This event attended by F.Y.B.Com, S.Y.B.Com, T.Y.B.Com girls & took experience about how to fight against harassment.
