2. Passing Certificate – 12th Marksheet Original + Attested True Copy (2)
3. Leaving Certificate - Original + Attested True Copy (2)
4. Non-creamy layer Certificate
5. Gap Certificate (If Discontinued)
6. Affidavit Of Change Of Name / Marriage  Certificate Government Gazette.
7. Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Flat Agreement Domiclile Certificate.
8. Physically Handicapped –attested.
9. Migration Certificate (For Outsiders) Original + Attested True Copy (2)
10. TC / LC (With Counter Signature of Education Officer for Other State)
11. 3 photos

Second Year Rmc

1. 12^th marksheet /passing certificate – 2 copies.
2. First Year Degree College Result – attested two copies
3. NOC ( for new admission)
4. 2 photos
5. residence  proof.

Third Year RMC

1. 12^th marksheet /passing certificate – 2 copies.
2. First & Second year Degree College Result – 2 copies xerox
3. NOC ( for new admission)
4. residence proof
5. 2 photos

N.B.

1) All admission are provisional & subject to the confirmation by the University of Mumbai / Maharashtra State Board.

2)     The College will not be responsible if for any deficient & incorrect information, improper or insufficient document or default/failure to furnish the relevant documents on time or any other reason if he/she is not enrolled by the University due.

3)     The student will be responsible if he/she is not enrolled by the Maharashtra State Board /University of Mumbai due to his/her failure to furnish the necessary documents on time & as such admission canceled.

4)     All admission are subject to their merit. However, the Principal shall be the final authority to decide over them.
