”Reena Mehta Degree College was founded in 2003 by a dynamic personality Ms.Reena Mehta with the aim to provide value based education which will help in creating progressive and positive citizens.
Our college strongly adheres to the Philosophy of its founder, Ms Reena Mehta who believed that true education ought to focus primarily on disciplining the mind, body and the spirit.
I believe that in order to be successful in this competitive world and face the emerging challenges of the future “quality education” is of utmost importance and that is what Reena Mehta College intends to provide to the students.
Our committed faculty nurtures the aspirations of our young students to excel academically and also lay the foundation for life long learning. Regular lectures are supplemented with a number of guest lectures from industry experts .Our teachers also attend various seminars and workshops in an efforts to update their knowledge and skills. Modern Teaching aids like OHP and LCD are also used to make learning comprehensive and interesting for the students.
Various extra curricular and cultural activities such as Yoga, Social Service, Commerce Clubs, Music and Dance etc. are taking place in our college which are aimed at total personality development of the students.
Professional courses are the need of the hour and hence we have got permissions for professional courses like BMS, BMM, BSc IT, BAF, and BBI. In the coming years, our Institution will offer courses such as BSc (Computer Science), BSc (Hospitality) and 5 year Law.
We also understand that in this competitive world we need to upgrade and enhance the educational curriculum that we offer our students. Keeping this in mind, our college plans to start various ad-on certificate courses in Foreign Trade, Travel and Tourism, Travel management and Web Designing very soon.
"My good wishes for all new entrants to Reena Mehta College.”
