Rules and Regulations
GENERAL RULES & REGULATION’S
- No student will accompany with him any unauthorized person in the college premises & /or canteen or allow him/her to use any college premises &/or property.
- Due care of the college property has to be taken by the student/s, Damage to college properly, disfiguring the walls, doors, windows, breaking the furniture, scribbling on the furniture, writing objectionable things & / or trying to cause any harm to the person & / or property of the college & / or students wilt amount to serious breach o)’ discipline & misconduct & is punishable.
- No association, no groupism, no organization, no unionism detrimental to the college administration & interest of the students at large, no campaign or drive of any nature contrary to the well being of the college & students has/have to be formed, administered & / or executed either within the college premises
- No person without the written permission of the Principal has to be invited in the college for the purpose whatsoever. None including the college students is permitted to address the students without the written permission of the principal.
- Students will not do anything within or outside the college, which may interfere with its administration, hamper the functioning of the college & prove in any way detrimental to the over all management of the college & its working.
- Students are restrained from communicating any information & /or writing & / or help writing any thing about the college to the press that would damage the repute & affect the status of the college & prove harmful in any way.
- Smoking & /or drinking alcohol & / or found drunk in the college premises is totally prohibited & is subject to be viewed with serious concern. Using mobiles in the college premises-more particularly, in the classes is strictly restricted.
- Students are liable to loose their terms for disobedience, misconduct, misbehavior, violation of rules, norms & instruction & may also be suspended, expelled & even rusticated for their acts of immodest & unpalatable conduct of serious nature.
- Failure & /or neglect to comply with the rules, norms, requirement & instructions issued from time –to-time will lead to stern disciplinary action.
- Since the College is un-aided issue of No objection Certificate / Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate will rest at the discretion of the Principal.
- Matters not covered by the existing rules will rest at the discretion of the Principal.
MUST
- Regularity & Punctuality:
- Students musts be regular to their attendance &punctual to their lectures.
- Late comers will not be permitted to attend any lecture for the day & will be marked absent.
- Min. 75% of attendance of the total lecture will be mandatory for each student in each term.
- Dress code: There is not definite dress code. But it will be compulsory for every student (male & female) to come in proper, decent & absolutely not in objectionable dress. A student found violating the norms of the desirable modest dress code will not be allowed to attend the classes & will be required to immediately move away. An objectionable dress implies the dress that is immodest, too short, too thin & indecent & prone to cause adverse effect on other students & the college discipline. The final right to decide appropriateness of the dress code rests with the Principal.
- Note:- Maintenance of college discipline, adherence to its rules & code of conduct & obedience to the instruction issued from time to time by the Principal or other college authorities will be mandatory & binding on each student & violation there to will render the concerned student to appropriate disciplinary action including suspension, expulsion from the college & rustication in accordance with the relevant rules of the Maharashtra State Board / University of Mumbai.
- Working Hours of College:-
- All College classes will be conducted between 7 30 A.m. – 4 30 p.m.
- TERMS
- There will be TWO TERMS in the year viz First & Second Terms,
- First Term - 16th June 20 to Winter Vacation.
- Second Term - After the Winter Vacation till 31st March.
- FEES
- Fees for respective classes are to be paid in accordance with the fees structure at the time of admission.
- The fees have to be paid in full & final at the time of admission only. However, in exceptional cases, the fees are to be paid wise in two parts as required.
- The Second Term Fees are to be paid within three days of the re-opening of the college after the First Term.
- If fees are not paid within 3days from the reopening of the college, a fine @ Rs. 10/- per day for the first 3 days & Rs. 15/- day afterwards will be charged.
- In case, however if the fees are not paid within a week alongwith fine, the name would be struck off from the Muster Roll & the concerned student may be considered for readmission on the payment of following fees.

- Amount of total fine till the day at the rate of Rs. 10/- first 7 days & Rs. 15/- per day afterwards.Note: No re-admission would be considered after 15 days from the date of the name being struck off.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded back.
- Fees are subjected to change as per the directives of Education Department. Zilla Parishad. Govt. of Maharashtra & University of Mumbai.
- IDENTITY CARD
- Identity card is compulsory for every student of the College.
- Identity cards are issued from the college in accordance with its rules.
- The students must immediate inform the office regarding discrepancies about the details of the identity card / & or the loss.
- It is mandatory of every student to wear the identity card around.
- No student will be allowed entry at the main gate, in the Class room, Library, Examination Hall, Canteen &/ or Functions without Identity Card.
